Springfield, MO was a preeminent hub of the entertainment scene in the 1950s with the Ozark Jubilee, and Branson became an icon for entertainment around 1992 when Andy Williams built his Moon River theater. On the radio side, Lum ‘n Abner was set in the fictious town of Pine Ridge, Arkansas.
Back of the Ozarks is setting out to continue that tradition by supporting and producing art under the three core values:
- We will glorify God by creating with excellence to the best of our ability
- We will create art that edifies the consumer
- We will tell stories that point to the Gospel through a biblical worldview
